I have been searching now on and off for about a year for the beatmaking or remix challenges that used to be held on many platforms, some of them with prizes and some of them with only exposure.
I stumbled on this side of the forum and found that at least here the community is keeping the idea rolling.
What I am experiencing,though, is stumbling repeatedly on dead websites, 404, and collection of regularly held contests that suddenly stopped around 2022 or 2023.
Am I missing something here? Has the community of people who is interested in these kind of contests moved on to different platforms like Discord or is it really that in general it is kind of dying out as a way to connect creatively with other artists and get exposure?
Would love to hear your thoughts about this ( and hopefully prove me wrong![:hihi:]( "HiHi")
