Guitars • Godin Duet Ambiance mic sound

I have a pretty specific question. I love the sound of Godin's Duet Ambiance nylon guitar. The website reads it's got 4 mic settings. I'm wondering if it's possible to replicate those sounds somehow on a different guitar?

Is it using impulse responses? Is it something else?

Also, I noticed the guitar has one piezo pickup bar, and many bridge manufacturers have hexaphonic piezo pickup. What's the difference between the two?
