Here are the plans for the next 6 - 8 months:
Waveform 3.1.x - More bug fixes. Ongoing releases.
Waveform 3.2.x - Upgrade framework to JUCE 8. This should bring improved graphics performance to Windows with Direct2D based rendering. Emoji support, you can name your tracks![💩]()
. But more importantly, fallback fonts will be supported, so non English text should work better. New Javascript engine with better performance, more up to date standard. End of summer release.
